Crocheting a ceramic lamp with Hanifia of Égon and Margaret Yap
Coming up on Saturday, 25th January 2020
at Niniveh Space, Jakarta
With Fia from Égon, during this 3 hours session you will learn how to crochet your very own ceramic lamp provided and handcrafted by Margaret Yap.
Participants can choose from two different shape of ceramics; one is a doll shaped and another is a blossomed flower - thereafter start crocheting from the line of holes on the body of the ceramics, and hopefully they embrace the two collaborating subjects just like
"when crochet meets ceramic, they hug each other in longing."
This workshop is a combination between two realms, Margaret Yap’s story-telling ceramic piece and cheeky crocheting bits of Égon.
by the end, participants will be able to go home with their one of a kind crochet ceramic lamp which could bring a statement to their home.
Materials will be provided for each participant including one ceramic shape of choice
Our workshop will be taught at Niniveh Space Jakata, an Experimental Space limited to 7 people.
